Reservation and Event Cancellations

By making a reservation on this website, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of the hotel group, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the business that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including services, events, rentals rendered and/or products offered by the business. Please note that by using our website that cancellation fees may apply along with fees if you no-show or cancel past the agreed upon cancellation date. Please note that some special offers or rates are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation as these are enforced due to the high demand of our property and seasonality

If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email or documentation and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the business' cancellation and no-show policy. Werecommend that you read the cancellation and no-show policy of the business carefully prior to making your reservation.

Refund Policy:

Refund Policy is listed on each reservation along with the cancellation policies. Please note that processing fees may not be refunded. Hotel and Management will follow the refund policies as outlined and listed at the time of reservation. Please read your cancellation policy clearly prior to making the reservation to ensure that you are selecting the reservation and offer that fits your needs. Some offers are non-refundable and clearly listed at the time of reservation. Non Refundable means that you will pay for the reservation if you choose to arrive or if you are unable to keep your reservation. On the website you may read the following (and this information is subject to change without notice; however, your reservation will display the policy connected directly to your reservation in writing).

At this time, there is limited daily in-room housekeeping. We will still be providing the following services; Replenishment of towels and toiletries and Trash Removal

• No Pets,No Refund for Early Checkout. Cancellation Policy is 72 hours prior to arrival for hotel rooms and 21 days prior to arrival for condominiums.
• COVID CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of cancellation due to Covid concerns or illness, the cancellation policy will remain the same as below.

"If notice of date changes or cancellations are not received prior to the date of arrival as indicated in your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited. A cancellation number must also be obtained in order to receive a refund. (Inclement weather or illness is not a valid reason for refunds.) 72 hour notice prior to check in for hotel reservations. 21 day notice prior to check in required for all condominium reservations. Processing fees are non-refundable. Group Refunds Per Contract. Non-refundable reservations will not be refunded if canceled anytime after booking." The only time exceptions can be made will be if the hotel is required to shut downthe building or amenities due to Covid restrictions placed by the State or Local Government.
